Real self-care.
A clear mission.
A life you’re actually present for.
Most self-care is a distraction dressed up as a solution.
Real self-care is slower, and braver.
It is getting honest about the body you live in.
The mission you keep circling but have not named.
The moments you keep rushing past without ever arriving.
This is not a retreat from your life. This is your doorway back into it.
The Truth About Self-Care
You know who you want to be.
So why does presence still feel so far away?
-
You keep returning to the same cycles.. in relationships, money, self-worth.. even when you know better.
-
You're performing a version of yourself rather than actually living as her.
-
Your mindset is evolved but your nervous system and daily reality haven't caught up.
-
You feel immense potential inside you and a quiet grief that it's not fully expressed yet.
-
You have moved through periods of darkness, depression, or numbness... and you are ready for the light on the other side to be permanent.
-
You are ready for someone to truly see you and help you become what you already know you are.
Presence Requires Real Honesty
This is what gets in the way:
A body you take care of, but rarely feel at home in.
Not the wellness-aesthetic kind of tired. Real disconnection. Days spent managing a body instead of living in it, checking every self-care box without ever feeling like it lands.
A mission you can sense, but have not let yourself name.
A persistent whisper underneath the noise. Something more. Something truer. A life that actually fits who you are. But the fog is too thick to see what it is from where you are standing.
A life so full, you are rarely actually in it.
Days so full of doing that being present in your own life starts to feel like a luxury you cannot afford. It should not be a luxury. It should be the baseline.

“I help guide people home to themselves, to unlock what is holding back & illuminate passion for the path forward.”
I have struggled, which was a map back home to myself.
I have battled depression, uncertainty, and never feeling like I found “home”. I’ve spent most of my life proving to myself I was tough, deserving of love, and that I could handle it all on my own. After reaching the depths of hell, facing demons, and coming out as the happiest, centered person I know, I’ve learned some things. After surrendering to God, I promised to be of service to others. I want to alleviate the suffering I’ve gone through to help others find peace within their life.
I have navigated health struggles that took years to understand and longer to heal. I have lived in a body wondering, searching for why. I have gone through the motions of a life that looked fine from the outside while I was searching in the deeper worlds inside it. I know the particular kind of loneliness that comes from being surrounded by people and still feeling completely lost to yourself.
What changed everything was not a single breakthrough. It was the accumulated practice of real self-care, consistently, over time, a deep understanding of how the soul, the body, and the mind speak to each other, and what it actually takes to bring them into alignment.
I have lived a life that I chose to take off the “normal” path that led me to solo trips starting at 19 years old that has taken me all over the world. I spent over 10 years on the Redwood Coast of Humboldt, rocked to sleep by the waves of the Pacific Ocean. I spent time studying with Zen Buddhist Monks, a 7th-generation Siddhi Master (pre-ayurveda) performing rituals once only reserved for royalty, experienced in Vipassana meditation, wrote ethnographies with Native American elders, curated a museum, did archaeology in the mountains of Northern California, and now I’m being drawn back into the world of health, wellness, and mindset.
This is what alignment
actually feels like.
Not performance. Not forced positivity. Real, embodied, sustainable health and happiness, when the soul, the body, and the mind finally begin to move in the same direction.
-
Getting quiet enough to hear what your soul has been trying to tell you. Knowing your purpose, your desires, and your direction, not as a concept but as a felt, lived, embodied truth you can act from every single day.
-
Your body becoming your home again. Energy that replenishes. Health that genuinely improves. A physical experience of daily life that supports the life your soul has been calling you toward all along.
-
The anxiety quieting. The nervous system settling. Learning to actually be inside the moment you are in, instead of managing your way through it from three steps ahead.
-
Not the performance of happiness. Not toxic positivity. Real, grounded, lasting joy that does not require everything to be perfect and does not disappear the moment life gets hard again.
Through real self-care.
Through mission clarity.
Through the practice of presence, this is how we get there.
There is no magic moment. There is a proven path, and someone who has walked every step of it, guiding you through it with skill, care, and real lived experience.
-
Before anything else, we get honest about where you actually are, physically, emotionally, and at the level of your soul. We build a self-care practice that fits your actual life, not a Pinterest board, and identify what has been keeping presence, health, and happiness just out of reach.
-
Real clarity does not arrive in one session. It comes from the daily, consistent practice of choosing yourself, listening to what your soul keeps pointing toward, and staying with it long enough for the direction to actually root.
-
When the soul, the body, and the mind begin to move together, something shifts that cannot be undone. Not just feeling better. Actually being here, in your one real life, guided by the clear and steady voice of your own soul.
—Work With Me—
Your path back to health,
happiness, and yourself.
Two ways to begin. Both are real, guided work. Both are led by someone who has walked every step of this path herself and brings the skills, the training, and the lived experience to help you walk it too.

"
I had spent years giving everything to my family, my work, my relationships, and somewhere along the way I had completely lost myself. I was depleted in every way a person can be depleted. I found Ashley when I was at my lowest, not even sure I believed things could be different, and what happened over those six weeks genuinely changed the trajectory of my life. She helped me understand what my body was trying to tell me, reconnect to what my soul had been calling for, and build real practices that actually stuck. I am healthier, happier, and more aligned with who I actually am than I have been in over a decade. This work is the real thing.

I came to Ashley completely hollowed out. Two years of health issues no one could fully explain, anxiety that had become my baseline, and a quiet depression I had almost accepted as just who I was. Within our first session I felt seen in a way I had never experienced in any other kind of support. By week three something had genuinely shifted in my body and my mind. By the end of our six weeks together I had more energy, more clarity about what my soul actually wants, and a happiness that feels real and earned, not performed. I look in the mirror now and I recognize her. That alone is everything.

You were not built to perform your way through life.
You were built to be fully present for it.
The soul does not go away when life gets hard. It waits. When you are ready to return to real self-care, a clear mission, and the quiet steady call of who you actually are, the path is here. I have walked it. And I am here to walk it with you, with love, with skill, and with complete belief in where you are going.

I do not take clients I cannot help. I bring my full depth, my full skill, and my full lived experience to every person I work with. This is not a transaction. It is a commitment, to your health, your happiness, and the return of your soul to the center of your life.
