To be honest.. I’ve been through some sh!t. I don’t recommend having a coach or mentor that hasn’t or vulnerable enough to admit their defeats. Most of my life, I suffered from depression, unworthiness, orthorexia, and too many traumas that left me drained, trying to please people and be someone that I wasn’t. My confidence was shot, I was always stressed, and I couldn’t feel happiness even after attempting several options.
I remember a very specific moment when I was at my wits end, struggling with chronic issues and months into a deep depression.. I surrendered. I gave in and started talking to GOD/Creator/Universe/Higher Power and agreed to devote myself to a purpose. A purpose to be the light through love and compassion. It clicked for me that if I didn’t want to exist, I would exist to solely be of service. I started doing THE work, became a bit obsessed with it, and developed miraculous tools and a resilient mindset that healed me beyond my wildest dreams. Life began to unfold in ways that I never thought possible, and I learned from world-renowned healers along the way.
Today, and for many years now, I stand VERY confident within myself and I am one of the most joyful and happy humans that I know. THIS was my choice, and my mission is to work with those that need a some guidance and nudge to reframe and shortcut the pain that I went through with the help that got me through. We will work from the INSIDE out.
I will ALWAYS rave about authenticity. How important it is to understand our story and our meaning during this life. I want the BEST for YOU! Genuinely. Not some sugar-coated fakeness or cookie-cutter approached answers. Part of my skillset is that I’m real AF. I WILL call out the bullsh!t.. I will ask you the difficult questions, and I really, REALLY want to witness you crushing your goals and dreams. Part of the work is seeing outside of ourselves, and that’s one of my gifts. I will mentor your mindset for lasting and impactful change that will translate into how you connect with people, food, fitness, and the world around you. You name it, we can reframe it, overcome it, and change it.
